It's a relationship question. I'm in a relationship and love my girlfriend, but sex with her isn't good. I want to have a friends with benefits or an open relationship of sorts. How do I bring this up to her?

I have asked her before ages ago, and the answer was no and she ended up crying as it makes her feel like she's not treating me correctly or that I am going to leave her.

Of course. Never be worried to state what is right just because it will upset someone.
