Do you fall in love easily? Why/why not?

Loving someone and being in love with them are two different things.
I have been in love or what I thought and felt was love so many times. Even with my first husband - I felt I was in love with him.
Then when I was 61, I mer Patrick John and that's when I discovered that being IN love was different thanoving someone.
I've never felt or had love like his love. There was a much deeper feeling in my heart for that guy.

He let me know in so many different ways he was in love with me too.

We stood outside on my balcony at night and he taught me all about the starts, planets, everything. Astronomy was his passion in life and he was such a great teacher.
Nobody ever bothered to teach me things like he did. Nobody bothered to know the real me, about my whole life. He wanted to know everything about me. He would tell me his life's stories as well.
We played together like kids. We slow danced in the living room
and held each other tight as we looked deep into each other's eyes.
Almost every payday he had the florist deliver a dozen of my favorite yellow roses.

One of the last things we did before he died suddenly 6 months ago was threw my roses that had spent all their beauty and we threw them in the trash then washed out the vase. I remember saying to him not to save the vase because I thought I would never get flowers again. He said "You don't know that". Maybe I sensed he was going to die? I don't know
I am still so in love with him and my memories of him I don't know how to live without him. 💔

I have only loved once,

But I get easily infatuated.

Which happened just now I’ve been infatuated with this person for 3 months already.

It ended but felt a bit good to have this feeling again after a very long time.

I don’t fall in love easily but I fall in like easily, it takes a lot for me to fall in love with a man.

A lot in terms of are we compatible, am I attracted to him not just physically but mentally as well, and do we have similar values/beliefs/interests what’s he’s personality like, whose his friends and family I dive deep into knowing him and if he’s my match after knowing him better then I fall inlove.

No. I take my time falling in love. It usually takes me 6 months to a year for me to know if I love him. Within that time we date, spend time with each other, make love to each other and then I will know if I love him or not.
