Boyfriend’s visiting home for a month, I’m scared and don’t know how to deal with it?

My boyfriend and I have been together 3 months, it’s had its own ups and downs but we want to make it work. He needs to fly out to his home country since he hasn’t seen his family in 4-5 years and for medical reasons. Now I’m happy he’s going out but there’s a change he has to fly out next week while I’m away at my parents place for a week. I might not even get to see him on Monday as planned and I’m going home after while he will most likely fly out that weekend.
im so scared because im worried what if we become more distant. Of course I know he is loyal and cheating is something he will never do. But some part of me is just extremely scared. When he first said he’s going for 2-3 weeks I was still better. Now that he might go for a month or little more I’m really scared. And him being like oh we can video call if we don’t see each other before I go doesn’t even make sense. My anxiety problems have been getting worse off late and I can’t help but worry more right now. I don’t have many friends/ true friends and while summer classes will start and I’ll have a potential job to keep me busy, I’m way too nervous about this.
I don't know how to deal with it.
