Honestly, I don’t think you can. Because you may never know when they’ll turn on you. Even if they don’t have a history of cheating, there’s that slight chance they will.

+1 yI trust him with my life.
You know there's that statistic that men leave when their partner develops medical issues?
Not mine! He got up with me at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in the morning and cuddled with me on the couch while watching movies. Talking me and soothing me through the pain. Held my hair back as I threw up every last thing in my stomach. Sat on the toilet lid as I stood silently in the shower letting the scorching hot water ease the pain. Took me to the emergency room and sat by my side for hours after not sleeping all night as well. Advocated for me when drs didn't believe me and put my pain down to anxiety.
That man saw me at my worst and still stuck by my side. Forever grateful for him.

+1 yhi, i used to express my view to my babies daddy years ago taking the marriage vows, a partner could act in ways that over time force you for your welfare to have to leave and yet it is not initiated by yourself, an action taken by them... i have always believed on every person you can never say 100% trust... it is not possible we are human... i have found that men do not particularly like my honest view, it unsettles them! lol

+1 yThat is the catch, innit?
You can’t have meaningful intimacy without trust. You literally have to risk destruction in order to feel fulfilled.
It’s difficult.
That’s no small part of why i don’t date anymore. I don’t know how other people go on.00 Reply

+1 yThere is always a chance of cheating… actually I believe almost everyone will cheat at one time or another.
Now when I say cheating I mean emotionally and/or physically. Not just sex.01 Reply
Asker+1 yIt’s why people prefer hookups instead of something meaningful.

Navigating the mighty seas of trust, aren't we? Well, diving headfirst into the world of relationships, trust is like the air we breathe, essential but sometimes, oh so elusive. It's all about balancing on a thin line, where on one end, we have blind faith and on the other, a fortress of skepticism. Now, leaning into my relationship coach persona, I'd say, it's crucial to sprinkle a healthy dose of realism onto our love salads. True, no one comes with a future-predicting crystal ball (wouldn't that be a hoot?), but living in constant fear of betrayal can turn that love salad quite sour.
Fostering trust isn't about guaranteeing someone won't change their stripes; it's about building a connection so robust that the thought of turning elsewhere just loses its charm. Communication, openness, and vulnerability are your best pals here, alongside a pinch of intuition. Remember, while we can't control outcomes, we can cultivate environments where love thrives and doubts take a back seat. And hey, isn't love worth that leap of faith? 🤷♂️💞00 Reply

I don’t see the point in dating or being friends with people you can’t trust. Like I get sometimes it be like that but if you can’t fully trust someone they aren’t actually worth investing time in

for me the full trust is a pillar for the relationship
