Do you forget easily or do you remember a bit of everything?

I remember a lot. When I eat sugar of any kind, my focusing gets bad and I can't remember dreams. When I don't have sugar, I can remember my dreams to the last detail upon awakening. I also find when I eat just enough, and not go overboard, that my recall is really good. But if I eat 3 meals a day, I don't, depending on whether it was too much or not.

No matter what I'm doing I'm very very detailed and being detailed you kind of paint a picture of whatever it is that you're doing to bring it all in as one I like becoming one with whatever it is what's happening so I remember just about everything or long periods of time.

If we had a conversation just out of the blue and then 6 months a year somewhere down the line you would ask me about it I could probably tell you almost word for word what we talked about

I remember a lot of things. Childhood memories, music lyrics, interesting science or politics or anything that is interesting to learn but not necessarily useful. I know useful things too but the amount of times nowledge is useful is lower than I'd expect. :P

After I got the COVID-19 vaccine 💉 I now have brain fog from the shots.

I most definitely forget everything. Tell me something and two seconds later I'll have forgotten it. Same with visual. I look and see what someone does and then when it's my turn, I've forgotten what the last person did

Once something is in my brain, I have an almost autistic attention to detail and will recall it for a decade+... but I'm also very scatter-brained and easily distracted, so my short-term memory is rubbish.
