Pretty much why most guys’ will cheat or end a relationship with a girl, if she doesn’t give him enough intimacy or affection. But it’s usually easier for a guy to move on from a girl , if the intimacy and affections fades away between them and they end up breaking up , unless he was with her for a long time and he was emotionally connected to her , than that’s a different story. I hate speaking for all men , because I can’t , but a majority of us feel this way , when it comes to a relationship with a girl , if we don’t feel loved or wanted or appreciated by her? We will tend to slowly distance ourselves from her , if she doesn’t make a change and prove to us that she really loves us or wants us or appreciates us? we will more than likely be open to being accepted by another girl that doesn’t want to withhold intimacy and affection from us or he will just end the relationship all together and walk away. I have ended relationships with girls’ that failed to choose me the same way I chose them , that started withholding intimacy and affection from me when she never did before, that’s usually a red flag to a lot of us , and it usually opens doors for us to accept another girl that doesn’t want to with hold intimacy and affection from us. That makes us feel wanted and appreciated, when a girl constantly nags and bitches and complains to her man , she is slowly pushing him away , especially if she is criticizing him , belittling him , comparing him to other guys’ she is digging her own grave by constantly doing that to him , he will start to feel unloved and unwanted by her and more than likely end that relationship with her. So if you and your ex broke up over things like this? Your chances of getting him back are very slim , you are best to not take an ex back period , but You girls’ tend to do this more than guys’ do. Pretty much everyone of my exes has tried getting me back after we been split for awhile , I usually say no , unless I feel I still have an emotional connection with her , and we ended on not so bad of terms. But usually taking an ex back is not a good idea , things might be good for a bit until the resentments come back to haunt you

Literally felt the same way past few months and I’m doing so much better mentally now. The key here is time. Time helps n heals. Second is staying occupied. When you get dumped from somebody that you really loved it is a big shock and you can be mourning the loss for many months to come. You often have questions that you never get answers to and you may feel that you will never find anyone that will make you feel the same way. It just sucks and most of us go through it

I loved my ex. I would have died for her. She cheated on me for a year with another while I was at work earning money for her and our children. I couldn't take her back after that and ultimately she doesn't believe she did anything wrong and that I am to blame for her cheating. I was a good partner and loyal. She's with that other man now.

I still love her, it's been 4 years. I guess it's because it's almost as though she is dead and I mourn for the loss of her and the relationship.
