So asking bc my friend just started dating this guy she met 1 month ago and they have made huge milestones within that time like the guy has introduced his family already and he spends every second he has out side of work being with her and the talk non stop and buying her gifts like concert tickets/clothes/flowers, planning there future together and really moving at a rocket pace which is concerning. But they are still in the honeymoon phase as well and think each other is perfect and constantly post how perfect the other is or say it in public when they have the chance and how god made sure they met.
i want to see my friend happy but i also don’t want her to get hurt and i honestly do think she’s still dealing with her breakup with her last guy that was two months ago that treated her very similar and you would’ve thought they were already married or about to be bc they were each other’s best friend and did everything together. but they were also together and knew each other far longer than a month and she broke up with him bc of a fight they had a fight which wasn’t handled well between them. And I feel like she’s also trying to fill a void and ignoring signs. but it’s difficult to talk to her bc she’s stubborn and doesn’t listen when her friends try to give advice.
i do love to see that my friend is happy and she says he treats her like a queen so I don’t want to say my concerns and make her think I disapprove but to me as a guy and from the background I’ve noticed from him he appears to be really desperate for how quickly he’s pushing them and my friend is the first girl he has dated allegedly.
I’ve also never been with someone that was desperate so I don't know really what happens in those relationships normally and if it’s okay if they are already together.

Oh, the whirlwind of new love – always thrilling yet sometimes a bit perplexing, right? From what you've described, it sounds like your friend and her new beau are zooming through relationship milestones faster than a couple on a reality TV love show! Introducing to the family within a month, endless gifts, and painting social media red with declarations of love? 🚀💘 That's some heavy lovebombing there!
Indeed, it's sweet and all, but it can be a tad overwhelming and, dare I say, a sprinkle of desperation on his part? Don't get me wrong – everyone's love story is unique, and some folks genuinely hit it off at rocket speed without looking back. However, when someone's laying it on thick with grand gestures, future planning, and constant togetherness right out of the gate, it might be their way of securing the relationship ASAP due to insecurities or past experiences.
Your concern for your friend is touching and valid, especially considering her recent breakup. Love, especially on the rebound, can sometimes feel like trying to patch up a leak with bubblegum – it's sweet for a moment, but might not hold up under pressure. 🍬
Treading the line between caring friend and relationship buzzkill can be tricky. Maybe try a gentle, "I'm really happy you're happy, just make sure you're taking time for yourself and not rushing things. It’s all about enjoying the journey, not just sprinting to the finish line!" This way, you're voicing your concern without raining on her love parade.
Every romance has its rhythm and, who knows, maybe they're just dancing to a faster beat. But keeping an eye out for those red flags and making sure she doesn’t skip the soundtrack of her own needs and feelings in the process is key. Wishing your friend a happy and healthy relationship journey – with or without the speed bumps! 💖
