So I’m 22 and this older guy in his 40’s was supposedly expressing interest in me. I thought it was kinda weird at first that he would like someone my age but I gave in because I really did like him at first. So we started hanging out getting to know each other but then I thought it was weird that he would always talk about sex and what he would do to me. I told him I wasn’t ready at all because I’m still getting to know him but he would keep begging me every time we met up. Then he said he would pay me to do so. He even said he found a spot where we could do it outside in a bush while I’m bent over. I was really upset and I just thought wow he has no respect for me at all! So I thought since u wanna try and use me now I’m gonna use you. I met up with him at his job and he got in my car and gave me the money first which was $350. I put it in my purse and then I said to him” hey can u step out the car for a second I dropped some lube on the passenger side. I have to reach and get it”. He stepped out and then I sped off. He blew up my phone for calling me a thief and a liar but I don’t think I am. He gave it to me. I didn’t hold him at gunpoint or anything like that. Plus he tried to use me. I don't know am I wrong for doing that? Free money for me.

There are several signs this is a fake story, which we all know and we all resent here.

If it were true, the taking of the money by fraud would be theft, a felony, which is 3 years in prison in most states, 4 years in others. If you had taken the money and given him the sex, then it wouldn't be theft, but it would still be illegal as solicitation and prostitution. You don't have to take my word for it, you can look these up yourself. Saying it's "free money for me" doesn't make it not a crime.

Ok so He’s Jamaican. He is working on building a nightclub there and said that he pays people in Jamaica to construct the building. He has to work constantly to pay his workers in Jamaica and plus he travels back and forth too just to see how the work is going. He would work his first job and then immediately go to the next damn near everyday. A lot of times we would hang out so late because he was always working. Now back to his plan to meet up….
