Hi guys, my ex and I broke up a few weeks ago but we’re still going out, texting and going on a trip together. (We broke up due to communication issue.)

We both have expressed post break up how important the person is, and how much we love each other more than a friend. My ex comes from a different country and has no family or much friends here. For his birthday, I was thinking of reaching out to his brothers and closest friends from home to make a short birthday wish video for him which I will compile onto a montage.

I have never met any of them as they lived overseas. Is it crazy to write his brothers and friends on social media to ask for help on this and also as a birthday boy, will you find this crazy or appreciate this?
