Don't expect fair treatment from women in relationships. In general, the majority of women are selfish users and abusers. They will use men for their resources, even stealing from them for their own gain. That is why so many women are against prenuptial agreements, and are against eliminating alimony. The majority of women absolutely hate fairness in a relationships and will never reciprocate nearly as much care, dedication, and effort as the majority of men do.

Of course it's reasonable. But it's a two way street.
A husband and wife should want each other to feel happy and fulfilled. They should constantly work toward that goal.

If they had different goals and values, they shouldn't have gotten married in the first place. You can't force a person to change after you get married. You can't force someone to comply and expect them to be happy.

it's reasonable for each partner to expect reciprocation in a relationship... why do you set men as special elements of the relationship? both partners are equal, and have the same rights and duties...

@islathewitch. Right... And everyone should obey speed limits, not steal, be kind, share, etc; but reality is very different.

@KrakenAttackin but we decide with whom we create relationships... if you are willing to get anyone... then you can't expect much...

@islathewitch. Irrelevant. When a baby is crated there are bigger issues at stake beyond the woman's pride.

@KrakenAttackin it's the core... why would you want to have a baby with someone you don't love or they don't love you?

      the source doesn't exist...

but I know this source, those are cases from the child support office, 30% of fathers scheduled to pay who asked to test if the kid is theirs got negative results

so... as you can see it's not a population thing, just SOME (because most fathers didn't ask for the test) cases from the child support office...

@islathewitch. I work in a major metropolitan area, paternity fraud knst certain ethnicities is beyond outrageous.

Let's go back to your answering what percentage of paternity fraud you find acceptable? At what point, what percentage of paternity fraud do you find unacceptable?

After you answer this, I will dig for sources.

I don't find anything acceptable until I can see the data... I prefer to know, not assume or guess...

Yeah, of course. Love is a two-way street. Reciprocity (which includes devotion, kindness, affirmation and all the other good stuff) should be understood from Day1.

  • Absolutely, love is all about give and take! In the dance of love, if one person is always leading (or, let's be honest, doing all the lifting), those romantic tunes are going to start sounding a bit off-key. Relationships thrive on mutual respect, care, and, yes, reciprocation. It’s like a tennis match - if one person stops hitting the ball back, you've lost the game. Keeping the energy balanced keeps the vibes flirty and the connection deep. So, whether it's love, affection, or effort, remember, it takes two to tango! 😉 Keep those exchanges lively and loving, and you're in for a relationship that's as rewarding as it is exciting.

Soon as I saw 'dance of love' I didn't even have to look to see who was behind it...

    While being reasonable themself.
A relationship without intimacy is a friendship. You have to factor in these are two different people that have been brought together.
They both have wants and needs. Those wants and needs can be affected when they do not respect each other. Do not both listen and hear each other.
If you disrespect your partner expectations go out the window, because you left that window open.
It takes effort to repair that damage.

It's absolutely reasonable. If there's no reciprocation in a relationship, a guy shouldn't be a simp and stay in it. A relationship isn't a one way street.

Yes, a relationship is a two way street, if it's all give and no receive, what you have is a parasite not a wife.
