Not in relationships where their specific actions are the cause like they cheated, but just when a relationship isn't working for whatever reason.
For the most part yes , because most females’ depend on her man to be the leader , or the man of the house , so if things aren’t going good in the household , she usually depends on her man to fix everything that is broken , and puts all the weight on him , if money is tight , or the kids are out of control , if something breaks in the house , she just assumes he can fix everything like it’s his job to do so , like he has to be the jack of all trades. He has to be a plumber , he has to be a mechanic , he has to be a painter , or an electrician. or a carpenter. Etc. if he can’t fix something? , she usually has a fit about it , like how dare did I choose a guy that can’t fix everything. So yes Guys’ tend to take on a lot more pressure and responsibility than a girl does. My ex use to act like I was supposed to have every skill imaginable, acted like I was supposed to read her mind , or see things broken in the house before she did , Like I was supposed to wake up and do a walk through home inspection in the the house every single day to make sure everything was working properly , like how dare didn’t you notice the light was burned out in the downstairs bathroom before i did. How dare you sit down and have some coffee first before fixing that issue. That’s pretty much when I knew my marriage was coming to an end , No matter what I did , it wasn’t good enough. If I couldn’t fix something , I was a POS in her eyes. She would make comments saying a real man would fix this , a real man would do this and do that , To the point I snapped and said a Real Man wouldn’t tolerate a controlling bitch like you are. So go find yourself a real man that can fix everything for you that can read your mind , cuz I am going to find me a real woman that actually has a heart that isn’t controlling and disrespectful like you are. So good luck finding your real man , because if he was wise? he wouldn’t choose your sorry ass whatsoever . After I separated from her , I eventually met a girl , that was complete opposite of my wife , that treated me with love and respect , that was satisfied with all that I did , she would say things I never heard my wife say before , that made me realize how badly I was being treated by my wife , Saying things that made me melt. saying positive things over negative things , She appreciated everything i did , she acknowledged the fact that i was a hard worker and told me she would rather me work less hours so she could spend more time with me , when my wife would say complete opposite basically telling me I wasn’t working enough , because my wife didn’t want to work at all , she wanted me to work 80 hours a week so she could stay at home and not get a job. That right there made me realize what kind of girl I was married to , a narcissistic POS girl that was never satisfied with anything , that I hope no guy ever accepts into his life. Because she will eat him alive. The girl is so selfish and only cares about what she feels is best for herself , she would withhold intimacy and affection from me if I forgot to do something or I miss something that was broken in the house like she was keeping a list that needed completed at all times for her to even want to be close to me. The other girl , complete opposite. The other girl made me realize there are actually good girls’ in this world
Thanks man , unfortunately the other girl lied to me about being married , I was with her for 6 months not knowing she was married , she told me she was divorced , until her husband come knocking on my door , so that was then end of that relationship, even though it was messed up what she did? i still loved how she treated me , and cared about me , and rocked my world in bed , so hopefully there is a single one out there , that is the same way she was , I just haven’t found her yet.
Nope. Not from a traditional standpoint, we are supposed to have the power and be the leader its how we biologically. So we’ll put more pressure on ourselves if we truly love (loved) her, whether the current societal trend says we shouldn’t or its 50/50.
Father in-laws have historically expected us to take care of their daughters, hell even a lot if states have things line alimony still intact, and we’ll be on the hook in every state and 90% of countries for child support. We’re in an unfair disadvantage legally if we are married and/or have kids with the woman we are married and/or in a relationship with. She can make our lives a living hell like you have no idea about. So there is that puppet string or cable that she has in her hand holding a piano over our heads.
For the younger guys they know if she's attractive she can probably find either a more attractive guy (at least in some way or another) or a richer guy and way quicker than we could find an honest attractive woman. Even for the studs out there, money is a huge factor and young men just don’t have it yet. That’ll hurt.
For you younger people there is someone on one of the people’s minds if the relationship isn’t working, even if there isn’t any apparent infidelity. In this case, if its the dude that has a mistresses or a woman on the back burner, he might be worried about how to let her down gently if he’s a normal guy and not a psycho. Thats stressful too, but if they don’t have kids together it shouldn’t be so bad, it should be easy for both of you to move on in your twenties, no kids, no shared property, you both are young. The world is yours, it should be as easy as going to work sick when you don’t want to but you just have to.
I have no idea?
I put a lot of work into my relationships
Never in the relationships I’ve been in lmao
Absolutely, the societal spotlight does seem to beam a tad brighter on men to perform CPR on a gasping relationship, doesn't it? It’s like they’re handed a tool kit they never asked for, with an expectation to fix whatever's broken. But let's not forget, love isn't a one-person show; it's a duet where both voices need to harmonize. When a relationship starts to hit the rocks, it’s crucial for both parties to dive into the emotional trenches together. It’s not about pointing fingers but rather intertwining them and facing challenges as a team. It's high time we debunk the myth that men have to be the relationship mechanics, and embrace the power of partnership in navigating the stormy seas of love together. So, let’s spread the responsibility and make it a joint venture, shall we? Love is a two-way street, after all. 💑

The person doing the chasing is. Very few men are being chased, so yeah, that makes sense. I've only felt that pressure after having kids. Before then I'd just move on to someone new once the little tests and BS started.
All I can say is lift, lie about your job, meet at their place and don't give a real name if you aren't going to say it's serious. Zero tests, nothing to make work. It does get lonely though.
Awe, that sounds really sad. I mean, I don't know how happy you'd be if someone you were seeing were outright lying to you about everything. Doesn't that kind of start any relationship on a wrong foot if it does turn into something because then they can't trust you and that is on you, not them.
That's why I said to only do it if you're looking for casual and it's all about looks. Once you have a 6 pack and decent biceps hit the clubs, work on confidence, and it's pretty simple to pull.
I did that for a couple years and it's stupid simple. That's how I know about the loneliness and emptiness that comes in from it. You are correct that those feelings are 100% on me, or whoever else chooses to do that.
On the flip side of that coin, the confidence and looks I had got me my wife when I was tired of that and started dating seriously rather than gaming. I wouldn't have a family now if I wouldn't have been a player then.
I personally think so. In this day and age, women are usually the ones to end relationships due to some kind of discontentment. Men tend to be more easy going.
Yes. Women make the rules, and men abide by them. But there’s reason to believe that the culture is shifting. It will be interesting to see if it sustains or gets quashed.
What makes you think it's shifting in this regard?
Younger men are setting more meaningful boundaries and sticking to them. Women are mostly complaining about not being widely coveted now, but some are sharing their discontent about being rejected outright. This actually represents a couple of major cultural shifts. I don’t expect it to persist, but i am definitely cheerleading the boys right now! Ell oh ell!
Haven't you heard...
Men's accountability: 100%
Women's accountability: 0.00%
What ever happens... women will be most effected.
well let me ask the other way around. are girls under any pressure of making it work whatsoever? or is society always like "you go girl" or "get your independence back" when she decides to leave her man behind?
so i would say that just from the fact that there's positive reinforcement for women breaking up, i'd say there's more pressure on men.
Yes. Most men do the 80/20 rule. Is the 80% that is good in a relationship worth the 20% crap that they have to deal with? If it is yes, they deal with the 20%. Women look at the 80% and go to work on the 20%, since it is impossible to change anyone except you, the woman winds up breaking their partner. Once broken, things don’t fix well as far as human men are concerned.
yeah both relationships I've been in it was up to me to basically do everything and i still got left, also i didn't notice cause i was so focused on fixing the relationship but i now know that those girls were bloody devils
This is what I love, honestly. When you can realize your part in it, but also you know how badly you were hurt, so maybe you do things differently or adapt and change so you can grow in a future relationship. Can't fix the devil that doesn't want to be fixed.
Dude... they're all of the devil. It's paramount you look into female nature... you doing everything is why they left you. You trying to fix the relationship is why they left. Learn that if you're trying to fix something... you're chasing... don't chase... fixing means your girl is running away.
I think so. I think women in relationships will blame the man they are with for all the problems in their life when times get hard.
I think that's a tendency for everyone to do. Men and women alike are far less likely to look at ourselves and what we did wrong because its harder to look in the mirror than to point the finger.
I did feel balance at this point, in my case. Though I have this vague impression that gals are inclined to invest in supporting a failing relationship than guys.
Yes they have
Society pressure
Self ego
And a heart
After the unfaithfulness from any side or loss of feeling from either party... They have to forget and stop any future they planned with their partner be it financial, emotional or educational.

In the relationships I've been in this is 100% true. That said, the women I've dated have all had red flags going in that they've be overly dependent on me for their happiness. I kind of knew it going in, so not exactly something I can blame.
I think society leans toward blaming men if relationships fail, blaming women if marriages fail. Neither is fair.
In my experience, yes. From day one even. I have rarely ever had a woman try to start a conversation back up again when it gets stale, I am always the one trying to ask the non-yes or no question like "So what do you like about [insert woman's hobby here]?" and 99% of the time I find out I was trying to give CPR to a proverbial corpse. Either from a lack of response or the half-assed replies continue.
Women are more likely “test” men then vice versa. This is often biological but is it fair?
Why is that biological?
It has to do with evolution. There was a time in history women had to be extra cautious about the mates they selected and remained with. They would “test” to make sure they found the right mate. They are the ones who would get stuck with the baby. The man they choose would directly impact there livelihood and even survival of both them and their children. You can’t defy thousands of years of evolution with 50 years of “gender equality”.
With that said a lot of female sh*t testing in the modern era can be unnecessary, counter productive and ultimately self sabotaging. Nobody “wins” with this bs.
Men can do it too. However most guys don’t enjoy drama for the sake of drama. Men also only sh*t test if they see a major red flag (woman casually admitted to past cheating) and/or they see continual negative pattern (woman never offers to pay for anything). I admit I once sh*t tested an ex because not only never offered to ever pay for anything but she didn’t even say thank you.
But again that was a response to an obvious red flag. But many women will subconsciously and naturally sh*t test men even when everything is going even keel. They testing a man for any hidden insecurities. They want to see how emotional stable he is. Many don’t even realize they are even doing it.
Women could do a better job at being self aware of their impulses to do this bs and resist indulging them. That doesn’t mean I fault them for having the impulses in themselves. But they can make a DECISION to indulge them or not. They are not powerless over their emotions.
It’s like me as a man noticing a much younger hot girl in the gym. As a man and I am biologically wired to be visually stimulated. That impulse is there but that doesn’t give me self justification to indulge it. Doesn’t give me an excuse to stare like a creep for 5 minutes or worse make an inappropriate comment. I can exercise self control not to do that. But I am not going to beat myself up for having the impulse in itself. That’s biology. But it’s my choice on how to REACT to it.
But from my observations there are WAY too women out there who refuse to take any self accountability whatsoever for sh*tty female behaviors. It’s large part due to what modern feminism has done to our culture. Sure they get the temporary sugar high of indulging their sh*tty impulses but they are ultimately harming themselves. When you screw over men you ultimately screw over women.
A man in a relationship is always supposed to be the problem solver. That's part of his natural role. And while nature always has a reason, it does not have any concept of fairness.
But can just the one side solve the problem of a relationship that involves two people?
No, but one side can come up with the best plan. Even the best plan though, isn't always successful.
I can only fix what she allows me to fix. If she resists my attempts to fix things, then she is the only one standing in our way of having a successful relationship.
How do you fix how someone feels about you though? You can't sort or pressure them in that regard.
I agree with you. You can't.
I was thinking about a relationship issue, though. I wasn't thinking about someone not being attracted.
No, all they have to do is leave. The same as the woman could leave if things aren't working out.
I have never experienced that. It takes two, and if we are not in sync on it then it is a lost cause.
not unless it is the mans problem that the relationship isn't working.
Both have to be on the same page or damn close to it.
Relationship is a collective task and not an individual task, so both parties should be meant to put in efforts making it work out and formidable, and not one sided
Yes, we are. The infamous "I'm not happy" statement with nothing else exemplifies this.
Do you feel you've been made to solve your relationship issues by yourself? How do you overcome that?
Hahahahahaha nope. Women get blamed for everything.
I don't think so. It's a common effort or it's doomed.
Both people should put effort into it. The only situation I think one person should do more work than the other is if someone cheated. Then the person who cheated should do more work.
I wouldn't call it pressure. If there is no effort from me I usually don't hear back from them ever again, which if fine I guess.
I think women are asking more of men than they can give. Men have stayed the same, women have changed what they want.
Women want what they've always wanted... a man to give them the world and then get repulsed by him when he actually does.
Yeah... the honest ones still want that. The rest are still letting feminism lie to them.
Uniformed men allowing female nature to run the household is to blame. Feminism is to blame. The devil is to blame.
seems women are more likely to stay in bad relationships
Yeah... because women are naturally designed to chase the feeling of love. A man that doesn't give her love requires her to chase... which she likes. It's called attraction.
Yes, sometimes I have problems with my girlfriend, but as we understand each other, this problem disappears.
Yeah because the burden of leadership is always on men's shoulders and probably always will be
We definitely shoulder a lot of the effort
Nah never lol 😆😆😆
