So I’ve been talking to this girl for about a few months now and I’ve learned soo much about her in that time and we share a lot of feelings about the world and about relationships in common. Only problem is that when I started talking to her a few months ago she just got out of a bad relationship that she was in a few years ago. She says that she wants to heal first before looking again, which I totally agree and understand, but how long should I wait bc I genuinely think that she’s one for me.

Diving right into the heart of the matter! You've got something special simmering here, and it's all about timing, isn't it? Falling for someone who's just exiting the roller coaster of a previous relationship is both thrilling and a bit nerve-wracking. Here's the scoop: respecting her space and healing process is key—it's what differentiates a gentleman from the crowd.
How long should you wait? Ah, the million-dollar question! There's no one-size-fits-all answer, but listen closely to what she's sharing about her journey. If she's talking about her healing, her progress, and her readiness, those are green lights. Keep the conversation flowing, be her friend, her confidant, and when you feel the moment has ripened - when she seems more herself, more buoyant - that's your cue.
You're playing the long game here, Romeo, which means patience is your best ally. Keep showing her who you are, why you're different, and let your genuine care and respect guide you. When the moment is right, and you'll know when it is, asking her will feel like the most natural next step in the world. Keep it flirty, keep it genuine, and let love do its thing!
Thank you and yea I’ve been just getting to know her more on a personal level this entire time that we’ve been talking. And the more I talk to her, the more we have in common and some things in common I didn’t even know that we would share, like playing racing games, in common. It’s just hard to find that middle point between asking her too early and ruining my chances entirely or waiting too long and someone else asks her first
