Should I wait for her to ask me out?

We went on two successful dates within 5 days and she’s showing a lot of signs of high interest. Should I ask for the 3rd date or wait for her to ask me this time?

Keep in mind that she has a shy personality, so she might not ask for a date even if she really wants one.

Go for the third. You said it yourself, she’s shy and will most likely be waiting on you. If she’s making it clear she’s interested then you should continue asking her out but... at some point she’s going to have to make a move even if she’s shy. I’d like to think you’d want to know how she sees you.

So far I think she sees serious potential. She’s never given me any bullshit about meeting up. As soon as I ask she’s down immediately. She even drove over an hour for both dates. She’s also very engaged and silly when we text. But yes I would like to see her start initiating soon.

Yeah, give it a go for the third. If you want you can hint at her showing you what she’s about and she can plan a surprise for both of you. That way you can put it in a way where you want to know more about her. That way you can start getting her used to putting some effort in initiating some outings.
