If he asks me out for coffee and hasn't set a time/location, should I wait for him to ask?

recently a guy asked me if i wanted to grab coffee, and i said Saturday works, and he said we could talk more details as the day approaches. so far, he hasn't said anything, so i was wondering if i should ask, or if i should wait

I think he might be testing you to see how much effort you will put in when his commitment level is uncertain, But if you want to choose the day and time, you should call and ask for the time you want.

I would. It's Thursday already; he may need some time to firm up plans to know when he's available, but so might you. Don't make a fuss about it, though; a simple "Hey, what time on Saturday did you want to meet up?" message should get the job done.

Just wait for his reply. If he doesn't reply till Saturday, just shoot him a message. He must be busy, he will surely respond.
