Hell no I am not okay for this "friend" to be hanging out with my spouse as her place or mine without me. That is being disrespectful on his side as well as her side and you need to address this and set boundaries

This is just stupid and shady, there has to be a reason behind this kind of behaviour and i don't think anyone would like it. It is disrespectful by both your spuse and his friend.
