That's one HUGE question. Okay, lets start with temporing this (something I can share, where I can speak with knowledge outside of interperation of what you write).

1) Make sure you don't ever make your daughter feel there are things she can't express. This is tricky, because often parents need to teach their children what is expected in polite conversation and they can apply that too broadly; Make it VERY clear she can tell you ANYTHING, but also explain to her that this is a special thing between mother and daughter and anything you both share is highly private and you need to protect each others personal sharings; It's a bit of an art, to develop that trust AND be the parent, but its not impossible. Be open yourself about anything you want her to be open back about.

2) Explain to her about 'personal space', help her to understand private and public keenly. Guage what her personal sense of what she does and doesn't want is (here, I mean don't make this about DO's and DON'T for her, telling a young person what to do and not do opens up a can of worms); Find out how she's experiencing things, if she is really VERY very young, explain to her gently about how life can become complex, relate it to experiences every young girl has had, experiences where things didn't go a way she wanted and how allowing or not stopping certain matters can lead to a situation where thing will not be able to go any other way (aka find a good analogy, to help make clear importance); encourage her to come to you if she's uncertain; It's a really difficult call, but important. Children enjoying their innocence is important, but you can give her what she needs to know without damaging that with care.

3) With care, not to frighten her, or even make her worried; let her know that if she's ever feeling uncomfortable by anything she can come to you and she must clearly let whomever might make her feel so clearly know they are to stop.

If she's older, and more independent, then you can more easily talk with her of course. There is no magic bullet, but the best defence is making sure your daughter will come to you, and also making yourself comfortable your partner is supporting your worries even if they might be 'silly' (here meaning, they would be silly if your partner had NO intent or desire to do what you might worry). He should look to support your, an example from my side when I was in a relationship with an OCD partner, I grew to love making everything rediculasly clean for her, because it WAS silly but I understood how much it meant to her, and because it meant everything to her, even though I was a cleanly person I went to the extra yards with little complaint understanding the difference it made without taking offence that she might be suggesting im slovenly.
