I think anyone should if they genuinely love one another. The sad thing is…. So many relationships one person would do this for the other and the other NEVER would. Those relationships are miserable and anyone in them needs to leave. There’s someone who can genuinely love you the way you deserve. Let them go meet their match who can make them as miserable as they make you.

I’ve seen this happen figuratively especially in marriages that are doomed to fail sooner (sooner is best case scenario) or later. Where one person will walk 2,000 miles out of their own way. But the other person won’t walk a mile for the other, unless something is in it for them.

Yes I would if I had a reasonable time to complete that task :) I've marched 50 km in one day in the military with backpack and gun. But I couldn't do that for multiple days in a row. I'd need some more manageable chunks so I could do it consistently.

Walking at 5 mph for 8 hours a day is going to take 50 days. Do-able I guess but I would have to quit work and then she'll reject me for being an out of work bum.

Oh HELL nO! Are you flocking kidding me? 2000 miles would take the average person about 625 to 645 hours to get there walking. On the flip side maybe she can meet me half way & I’ll think about it. Why walk when you can fly of drive.
