Going to the bathroom when an SO is in the room, is one of the most intimate and sensual things I can imagine. There's an element of trust and vulnerability that for me is an incredible turn on.

Many times, I've peed when a girlfriend was there and they've gone, too. The first few times, it's particularly fun because neither of us knows what to expect. I have done both in my last relationship. Took some time get comfortable but with time it became normal. Anyway it's not like either of us would deliberately go into the bathroom while the other person was doing their business, it's just that we were okay with it.

Yes my wife and I share the toilet together. She sits on the toilet, I kneel down in front of the toilet and let my penis hang over the inside of the toilet seat between her legs and we both pee at the same time.
