I’ve definitely gotten more cynical over the years. Especially with women. I’ve always had decent judgment about other men. But trusting women in romantic scenarios was much more complicated.

That’s not a good way to go through life I admit. But “modern” women are being told to indulge the first feeling that cross their mind and not think twice about the ramifications of it.

It wasn’t like this 20 or even 10 years ago.

I think I'm a pretty good judge of character for the most part. I can be trusting and mistrusting based on the person.

Mistrusting I don't really trust anyone outside of a very small circle of people most of which are family.

Life if anything has shown me it's not people aren't to be trusted unless they earn your trust.

Mistrust is generally more healthy than trust. I'm taking sometimes calculable risks with assets I can afford to lose. I wouldn't call it naivety but satisfaction of my player nature.

Both? I won't deny the fact that I'm naive to some things. But I've seen enough and experienced enough to double take a lot, and over think things and people around me. Not a very fun mix I tell you LMAO.
