Well... assuming that she is interpreting his comment correctly, and he is actually talking about her, people do that because we all view other people's lives in the context of our own lives.
He is looking at her decision to change careers in the context of his own life experience and he is making his comments based upon that.
I don’t know, he’s stayed in one job for a very long time.
He definitely is, two witnesses clocked it too.
If that's who he is, then he's viewing her decision to make a change in the context of his own lack of change. He might not think that making a change is a good idea for her? I don't know. It seems a rather presumptive thing to say to another person, but people overstep all the time.
He’s definitely someone that oversteps. It’s a free way decision for her as she’s currently in a dead end job and it’ll help her with her new venture to work for herself.
Respectfully, it rather seems to be a waste of time worrying about what he thinks, then?
