Smoking is 100% a dealbreaker for me. I had a family member die from lung cancer. She never smoked, her husband did. He died first, and I guess took her along with him. The smell is horrible, it's bad for everyone's health, if I see someone light up, even "occasionally," I'm out. Plenty of other fish in the sea that don't.

Alcohol and smoking are carcinogenic and super-toxic substances, did you know that both smoking and alcohol even taken individually have more toxins than faeces, urine and sweat put together? On top of that these substances are addictive, so it's not easy to handle either.

If it was once in a while, for example once a week or every fortnight, it wouldn't bother me, but if it was habitual I wouldn't like it.

I highly prefer my partner doesn't smoke, just because it smells bad, makes her smell bad, bad for her health, and is an expensive addiction. Drinking I'm fine with as long as it is controlled (as in drinks for flavor, not to get stupid blackout drunk)
