I'm afraid my girlfriend doesn't love me anymore, even though she insists she does. At the beginning of our relationship, everything was amazing. We had great conversations, shared similar interests, supported each other, and had our own special moments. She was the first person I felt I could truly be myself around and connect with on a deeper level, and she made me happier overall.
Lately, though, things have shifted. She seems distant and distracted when we're together, focusing more on her devices than on me. Today, she even said she's "bored" and misses feeling "carefree." When I asked for more quality time, she called me "controlling" and "lacking empathy," which really hurt because I value her opinion so much. It made me feel like an unwanted burden.
When I asked why she loves me, she couldn't answer. Now I feel like I'm no longer good enough for her or make her happy. What should I do now?
