As a male, I notice other men don't understand self autonomy well with both genders, leading to control & infidelity, is this an intelligence issue?

There are a lot of people who grow feelings over time, coworkers are a common one.

I work as a chef and my manager was fired a month back for sexual harassment of young girls at work whilst his partner had just passed away, before this two years ago the bar manager was fired for sending his nudes to nearly all females at work via Whatsapp also when he is a married man and his wife just had children.

We had a young obviously goody two shoes manager of the bar who had a girl from Scotland come to stay with him in the midl;ands where we are and even work with him at work, he went on holiday and cheated, told staff but not me. On shift I asked how they were both doing, he gave a sad look and said we are no longer together. I found out by other staff he cheated. Confronted him on his next time in the kitchen in front of everyone, then talked to him outside. He vanished the week after. Some people truly do not care unless they are called out.

Like is there something I am missing here?

It seems these people go about life thinking they themselves are perfect, perhaps coddled and easy upbringings?

I seem to think it is intelligence related and that whilst they are good at a job, they have no development in general in any other direction. I am a confidant to a female at work and have been for nearly 5 years, she has grown a lot. I don't know why it is hard for some men to accept females are human just like us and that both genders go through the same feelings. But here we are, the only difference is these were both Gen X, I am millennial, the people they tried it on were Gen Z.

Sadly this happens all the time. I think it's an overall view of women as a whole from these men. They see women as being beneath them and just sexual objects only. It's a feeling of entitlement for them. "I want sex so I'm gonna do whatever it takes to get it" instead of just having self control. It's also a huge lack of empathy that could point to personality disorders like narcissistic personality disorder or even anti-social personality disorder.

They don't ever thing "hey if I hot on this woman or if I send her pics of me naked unsolicited it might upset them"

They don't care if it upsets thise wonen because they don't care about how those women feel. They only care about themselves.

Your experience is not the norm, and cheating is not a problem exclusive to men. Did you know between ages 18 and 30 women cheat more than men? And after age 30 men cheat only slightly more than women.

There are shitty people in this world, and that goes for both sexes. Stop suggesting otherwise. It makes me question whether you're actually a man.

No, it stems from my experience with men and women over my 30 years of life on this planet, and with the surprising number of users pretending to be the opposite sex on GAG over my last 6+ years here.

Most of them eventually out themselves by making a mistake and posting something when they forgot to log into their other account, and their excuse when called out is typically something like "oh yeah, I mistakenly clicked on the wrong gender when I created my account". Yeah, bullshit... that falls into the "things that never happen" bucket.

So, be careful not to post a gender-specific question when you're logged into the wrong account. But for me, it doesn't really matter, because you clearly fit the female profile based on pretty much everything you post here, and I know you don't have a penis between your legs.

men who do this get caught more easily and don't receive pass nor should they

There was a time when majority of women behaved like human beings. Now the majority just operate from a master plan of manipulating men. It's really hard to see someone as a human being when everything they say and do is geared towards getting a reaction out of you.

I typically allow women & men their voice and confidence if they are that, it's not always easy to know confidence vs ego when you barely know them, but am always there to help those struggling, be it male or female.

I have nothing to prove personally. I just want to get through life meaningfully and complete my goals with the least amount iof damage possible, I don;t mind helping people along the way as one day I may be in those shoes.
