My boyfriend and I have been dating for about four years and I don’t have a close relationship with his mom. I’m in my first semester of law school and seeing that she has a law degree, I thought this time would make us closer and have more things to talk about. But she yet to offer any advice, encouragement, or check in on how I’m doing so far. What the hell?
