Could chemical castration help lonely men?

If a man is unable to attract women and find intimacy, would chemical castration help and kill that desire?

I don't think it would help anyone but those that are rapists, pedophiles or those perverts that place sex/pornography on top of their preoccupations.

Furthermore, I am not sure that chemical castration would be legal if a person has not committed a sexual crime. Simply castrating a man because he cannot get into a relationship with a woman (or man) is not the solution to the problem of that man.

Chemical castration would not kill that desire but substantially diminish it. Those are 2 distinctive things and having a reduced libido does not mean not having a libido at all.
