What's a nice way to tell a man there won't be sex in the relationship?

They're not boyfriend and girlfriend yet but let's say he already knows she's a virgin; she told him. Yet most men would assume that by the time you've been dating for around 3-6 months, then comes sex.

Not to scare him away but it's both for cultural and religious reasons. What's a nice way to tell a man that? I'm afraid the dating pool will drop by a lot, possibly 90-95% by then. In other words, we won't have sex if we're boyfriend and girlfriend. Any nice say to say it, that won't scare him away?

Scaring him away is more of a personality thing and with something like this not only requires patience but it requires control and sacrifice because he would have to be in a sexless relationship and if he's not used to that then it's possible it's not in his personality to be so selfless to sacrifice that part of what's already been in his life, the thing is tho is that if he sees something with this woman and actually sees a future he should find that part of him that's willing to sacrifice, her choice to save herself it should be respected and if it's something that he knows he can't handle then by all means, it just wasn't compatible.
