No, you need to balance both , if you want your relationship to survive , your partner is not your convenience, if she is a convenience to you , you should of never got into a relationship with her to begin with , you should of just stayed single and focused on your personal growth , your partner should be by your side the same way you want her by yours , if you don’t want her by your side , than you are best to end things with her and let her go so she can find someone that chooses her the same way she chooses them. Choosing to be in a relationship with someone means you are no longer single , you are a package deal , if she loves you , she will support you on your personal growth as long as you include her in it , if you exclude her? That makes you a selfish person that only cares about yourself , so many relationships and marriages fail because people are selfish , that only care about what is best for themselves, without factoring in their partners’ feelings. your partner should be your priority the same way she should be making you hers , if not? Your relationship is a waste of time.
A relationship should not inhibit your personal growth. A healthy relationship should be a vehicle for increasing personal growth for both you and your partner. If it doesn't, you have the wrong partner.
Yes! Always prioritize yourself because it’s very important to know yourself and to encourage yourself through good and bad. Someone on the same wave length with vibe with this and they should also be proud of you and they as an individual should flourish with you too. Neither one drags the other one down causing them to sacrifice too much.
No, it's not ok, at this point you should be single.

No if your growth is gonna burden your relationship needs then you should be alone..
Definitely! If you don’t grow personally, you won’t be able to show up fully in the relationship. It’s like being the best version of yourself makes everything else better, including the relationship!
balance is everything
extremes are bad
High risk but probably sometimes necessary.
You have to balance both
