I turned 25 a month and a half ago so this got me thinking. But before I snap my fingers I’ll be 28:(. I’m just now starting to hear of the first people my age getting proposed to so I don't know am I behind?

PEople meet spouses at many ages. 25 is not late. Nor is 28. Nor is 30. 40 is a little late. But what if it doesn't. happen until then? Is it better to rush into a marriage just to "get married" before some mental deadline?

There is no deadline. There might be better years to have children. But if you don't get married before then, there are still alternatives. Tina Turner was married at 16 and had a miserable, abusive marriage, even though she was a successful artist with her crazy ex-husband.

She married Erwin Bach after knowing him 27 years. She met him in her 50s...

So there is no timeclock. You marry when it's right.
