How important is physical attraction for you to be in a relationship with someone?

Physical looks can change in a heartbeat. When I got married I was 6' reasonably fit 210lbs, 54" chest, 38" waist.

In 2020 I got Covid, dropped to 90lbs and could count my ribs. I spent 3 months in a coma and had to be resuscitated. 3 weeks after I woke up my right leg had to be amputated below the knee.

Looks are nothing if there's no character underneath.

To a degree. My opinion of people's looks change, based on how they treat me. For the most part.
I might not initially be physically attracted to someone, but if we get along well and have fun together- things like that, the physical attraction might develop anyway. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Depends on what is meant by physical attraction. If looks is the thing, I think there's good reason for people to think of that as shallow. For me, the fact that they love me or that we share compatible philosophies makes a prospect or partner a little more attractive physically.
