How you deal with them is also about who they are to you and what they mean to you. A jealous sister would be dealt with differently than a jealous colleague. Do you want to help them? Or do you want to confront them? Or maybe you want to antagonize them holding a mirror to them reflecting what you see?

Disarming jealousy can be tricky depending on the situation but defining what to do about it is done after deciding how much it affects you and why !

Well ignore them if you can if they aren’t someone you can just ignore have boundaries. They don’t have any rights you don’t give them tell them to fuck off and mind their own business.

Jealous and envious people can’t or won’t create anything of their own. So they lust after what everyone else has.
