I never used to think I was a jealous person. I never used to get jealous …. territorial sometimes, but never really jealous.
Tonight I saw my ex in the supermarket and he was talking to a girl. He was being very flirty and she was hanging off his every word, & I felt like I’d been punched in the stomach. It hurt.
I think the only thing to do is to not dwell on it. Other people’s actions are not something we can do anything about.
Any type of bitter feelings are not worth it. They eat you up on the inside.
Just be the best person you can be and you won’t have anything to worry about.
