It's possible but probably unlikely that you are the narcissist. If you're really abused by a narcissist (I was as a kid), a highly manipulative narcissist can gaslight you so well that you come online asking if you are the problem and not them. A truly manipulative narcissist will make it very difficult for anyone to ever point a finger and blame them. They are very smart at making you feel like they are innocent and everyone else around them is guilty of something that makes them behave the way they do.

I think so and I had a lifetime of messed up childhood trauma that I had to work really hard to get through thanks to a therapist. Please go speak to someone professional if you can. I know it can be scary or expensive. If you do keep an open mind and try to be as honest with the therapist as you can. Good luck.
