It depends.
If you have always been ok being single then you'll be fine. I know a lot of single people who live long happy lives because that's what they truly want. They're happier on their own than they are in relationships.
If you've been dreaming and pining for a relationship and feeling miserable about being single -- and making everyone around you miserable because you're single -- then you're not ok.
Well it depends on what you want and what your experiences have been doesn’t it.
At times in my life I’ve chosen to be happy being single as opposed to being with someone and also the reverse , and if I were ever to “chose” to be celibate then that too would be what I wanted or felt I needed to be happy or happier.
Generally speaking , people will naturally pursue happiness depending on their perspective of what that is.
To your question though , It wouldn’t be true to say any of those particular groups of people are happier than the other because it’s relative to them as individuals there is no happiness scale. , it’s just an emotion / state of mind and usually temporary.
Your question is flawed. Being unmarried just means the person is not married which means that person could be single, in a relationship, engaged, divorced, widow, widower. Everyone is either celibate or they're not regardless of relationship status.
No, not totally. Some are very happy and fulfilled in their single lives and some still want a relationship and some work with what they got filling their time with things that they’ve been aspiring to do for A long time before a relationship or wilder in waiting. Such as traveling career doing the things they’ve been fearing to do learning growing being a better them.

Me personally says No because I love girls’ and I love sex , so life would be completely boring if I wasn’t getting laid
One cannot be happier when one intentionally misses out on so many things in life.
It typically varies between the unmarried and married.
There are plenty of unmarried people who are happy and at the same time, there are also plenty of married people in unhappy marriages.
This typically isn't a one-answer-fits-all question as it is a case by case basis.
Relationships can provide a deep sense of connection, love, and support, which can be a major source of happiness and well-being, but there's no single, definitive answer, as happiness is a personal and subjective experience.
There is almost no way a celibate person can be happier. God intended men and women to be together.
God is pretend.
it depends on the person. Some people want a relationship and marriage to feel complete in life and aren’t happy being alone.
and some people value their independence and are happy not being held down
Depends.
I’d say generally having interpersonal connections and tight bonds with fellow individuals is important for the mind and soul though relations are good for mind, soul, and heart.
I don't think so. There can be times when it's better to be alone but if it's your entire life then I don't think it'll be better.
The most unhappy a person can possibly be is if they are in a bad marriage. And sadly, the majority of marriages will eventually turn sour. 😕
Not generally.. Most people would rather be with somebody romantically.. Only a select few people are okay or even happy with the single and celibate life..
I think it depends on their age and their life experience
some people like me are forced to be alone and nobody gaf because im unattractive so its hardly a loss or a heartbreaking story. Just a irrelevant fa**ot in a sea of people
No. I think they get lonely. If you’re asexual, however, it may be the life you prefer.
Maybe. On the one hand there is none of the fighting and jealousy and lying that characterizes many couples, but there is the loneliness that goes with being alone.
Totally depends on a individual.
Being single and celibate is only for people built for that kind of life and the ppercentage is low.
You cannot escape life lessons. It will find you and teach you.
People who are happy with what they already have are the happiest people. Whatever their circumstances.
Nope, I'm one of those people, and I'm not happy.
Yes as they're living the real dream ☁️☁️☁️👀🙂
Eeh, I don't have any opinion on that. 🤓
At least no one doesn't tell you what to do
Depends on the person, but often no.
I do lol
No they don’t.
