I think it’s normal to need to grieve I think people who don’t allow that may allow themselves to grow unhealthy obsessions with someone. Just remember that people have the right to leave you. Besides if someone is forced to stay with you. Then you would never know what’s truly genuine and what’s not. Would you? No.

People just need to realize as well they wouldn’t want someone doing that to them. Even if someone wronged you, you absolutely have the right to feel the emotions you feel. Whether that’s anger, betrayal, sadness, shock, or anything else. But don’t give these people a reason to make you look like the bad person. Don’t take the bait when they are trying to provoke a emotional response out of you.

No, if I want to let go of someone , I let go of them , so for me to let go of someone and get to that point? , they must of had did me wrong or dirty , for me to even get to that point of letting them go , I won’t let go of a girl that isn’t letting go of me unless she cheated on me , then that’s a different story lol

Guilty! I think I trauma bonded with him. He was the only one that was there for me when I was going through a traumatic event, but he was also emotionally abusive. He was unpredictable, he would be extra loving one minute then back to lying and getting angry the next. I was always craving for the “highs” and forgotten all about the “lows”. He cheated but I still took him back, only for him to cheat again. Even until now I’m still struggling to let him go…

Some people are easy to let go of bc they just didn't occupy an important space in your heart/life. Others are harder to let go of bc they were a part of your life at a meaningful time or bc they held a meaningful space in your heart/life.
