Take accountability for her selfish actions and behaviors , you will always be the reason things are not perfect. I am a survivor of this emotional abuse with my ex wife , I held on to our marriage for a long time , thinking she actually loved me to find out she didn’t , she just loved what she could get from me. I was a convenience to her , the only reason I stuck around was mainly for my kids’ I was a loyal loving husband and father that this psycho took advantage of. She would flip stories around to make herself seem like she was the victim when really she is the POS, Guys’ if you are experiencing any of this shit in your relationship, do yourself a favor and leave that bitch. There are so many other girls’ out there that don’t treat men like this at all. Trust me on this , You might think she loves you but she doesn’t , she loves herself , if your sex life sucks with her and it seems one sided? Her way or no way , make your plans. Do not stay in a relationship or marriage like this Whatsoever.

Yea unfortunately females’ can be selfish toxic people as well, that only care about themselves, that don’t take any accountability for their selfish behavior and actions. If she is withholding intimacy and affection from you and giving you lame excuses as to why? You are best to start making your plans to leave her ass for good. I think it’s far more common for women have multiple toxic traits.. I see it all around me. Every man I’ve ever known was the one who got shitted on one way or another. But then again don’t see what actually goes on behind closed doors..

Guys are mostly cheaters. But women can really play mind games, and I honestly think they are manipulative (example, using beauty and sex for forgiveness etc), controlling and selfish subconsciously 😅 🤔

Yes I agree , unfortunately I found out the long hard way , I thought my wife and I would be together forever , but through the years we slowly drifted apart and started butting heads , to the point I realized my own happiness was gone and my feelings for her were t the same , it got so bad to the point I just became numb , I still Love her and care about her for being the mother of our children and I honestly tried numerous times to save our marriage to the point I realized was the only one trying to save it , and slowly just digging my own grave , thinking she actually loved me the same way I loved her. Once I realized I was the only one giving and not really receiving in return , is when I realized I would be better off single and realized she is the one that changed , Not me. Females’ unfortunately change , more than us guys’ do , her hormones and selfishness can easily make her think another man is better for her , even if she already had a great man standing in front of her , Why guys’ today should no longer pamper a female because no matter what you do for her , she will only be appreciative of it for a little while until she gets bored and feels she is missing out on things. Basically what my wife did to me. All the years I was with her I treated her the same way I wanted to be treated , worked my ass off to provide and when I got home I worked even more taking weight other shoulders from the kids’ so she could have a weight lifted off her chest because I loved her , but unfortunately that wasn’t good enough.

I’m not a doctor, and I don’t like when people throw words around when they dont know for sure, but for some reason you are giving me thoughts she might have NPD. You described a narcissist to the T. But a lot of women have some narcissistic traits, but they’re not and can change.

Not to downplay your situation, because what you described hurt, but you seen the issues smack dab in your face.. for me, I got the shit end of the stick secretly.. I’m ashamed to say how long honestly, but I wasted a good portion of my life to a serial cheater.

The person I loved, the person I KNEW who was perfect for me, turned out to be someone else completely. Worst part, having a kid with them you can’t ditch the witch. We just have to keep the peace, love ourselves, build a big self esteem, chin up and move forward..
