I was in a LDR for over a year. We were on the verge of a break up because neither of us wanted to move for the other, I was lonely and feeling neglected because he chose gaming over talking to me.

I then met this guy who happened to be a friend of my ex’s roommate. I was very attracted to him but never thought of cheating or making a move. We were just friends, he started texting me a lot and I loved the attention.

Until one day, I just decided to “F it” and accept the other guy’s invitation to “hang out” at his place. I tried to justify it by thinking “we’re gonna break up anyway since I already asked for it, plus we don’t really talk anymore”. Not proud of it…

We had a big fight about it and I ended up going out with friends and got a bit drunk and I hooked up with some asshole guy. It was only one time. He never found out, thankfully.

With my fiancé it only happened once too, and it was with my ex (same guy). We both happened to be visiting family in the town where we grew up and one thing just led to another. It was senseless and I regret doing it. I've never thought of myself as the cheating type and I don't want to be. Cheating is wrong and I'm done with it.
