If someone’s feeling jealous I want someone to be able to talk to me about it to work things through. No, I don’t want someone feeling jealous of me. I would want someone that’s serious enough to have the trust as well as confidence in me that I’m not going to do anything behind her back. But also be able to have conversations with me at the same time.

Now does trust take time? Absolutely trust is earned by both partners and if trust is not earned and/or broken it’s time to find someone new.

I obviously would want someone to care but at the same time not being jealous. If someone’s being flirty with me but I’m not being flirty back as well as having boundaries I cannot control what someone else is physically doing. But I can control my actions as well as set boundaries with others. There are people who flirt in front of their partners which is very wrong on so many levels. Part of that’s testing the waters to see if they catch on, part of it is making them jealous, and part of it’s just lack of self control.

I guess in a sense it may be considered re-assurance of their feelings for you, albeit in a negative way. It would depend on whether it occurred naturally / spontaneously or leveraged / contrived. Jealously is an ugly emotion so I’d say better that each half of the relationships works to root it out.

I've had massive ludicrous jealously which is very disturbing , but if you don't have even a remote care , as in ZERO , this shows no interest , it's basically over.

Jealousy is a pretty big turn off for me, and I don't like seeing people feel bad. I'd actually prefer that she didn't get jealous. Even better, I'd prefer to never be in situations that would cause that concern.
