How to reject a woman you see every week, without ruining friendship?

I am in the middle of figuring out where my situation is going with someone, so I'm not exactly on the market, but also not in a relationship (It's complicated, as life often is).

Another woman, whom I encounter and will encounter weekly due to other commitments and friendship, is expressing the desire to hang out.

I have little friends as it is, and really no women as friends, and the woman I'm seeing wouldn't be find of me hanging out with women our age. So it's better to reject the hang out, but I'm not at liberty to tell anyone I'm involved with someone as the women I'm seeing doesn't want to commit yet until she's sure of some things in her life.

I know some of y'all will have comments on my situationship, which is fine of course, but I'm mainly trying to figure out what to say to the woman who wants to hang out. I have ideas, but seriously need input.
