Well I’ll respond to yours I agree that someone whose overbearing to a loyal partner that’s wrong and most the time it’s one sided because they’re really the ones hiding something. At a certain point in a relationship you should trust one another to know that you’re both loyal. Though, if someone’s overly defensive that’s a red flag especially if they weren’t before.

I also think it comes down to compatibility. You’re not entitled to see one’s another’s accounts. Though two people can talk to one another and see if they agree on such boundaries in a relationship everyone’s different. But at the same time especially if it’s a new relationship. There could be personal family matters I don’t need someone knowing.

My unpopular opinion?

Many relationships aren’t built on genuine love and connection. Are all narcissistic? Not necessarily but many can be for sure. People marry because they reach a certain age and panic. They want children, they want to marry because everyone else is getting married, etc. People marry for financial reasons. For superficial and materialistic reasons. And guess what? Most of those relationships FAIL…
