So I told my husband few years back don't talk to her he said okay. And I caught her msgs on his phone many times all the times he said it's the last time he won't do it again. Now we are married and yesterday I found out he was in touch with her with all those years and he talks to her very sweetly, she has feelings for him and they both talk sweetly not like friends.

I think the cheating line begins when something is interactive. Chatting is interactive but it is not a violation. When it becomes repetitive (it apparently has), that can lead to physical interaction. Most guys will rationalize it as "nothing". Women will say it is cheating.

Marriage has rules and he is violating one of them. You need to learn who she is and why he is talking to her. If he expects privacy, your marriage is at risk.

It’s cheating, especially since you had words with him about it before and he continues to do it , so you have every right to be upset and concerned , and you have every right to divorce his ass as well , because that is clearly cheating. How would he feel if you were doing that to him behind his back and he told you to stop , and you didn’t stop? So what your husband is doing , is clearly cheating and being disrespectful to you. For me personally it isn't as bad as meeting in person and having sex with someone, but texting is definitely something that can lead to cheating. Basically your husband is being inconsiderate of your feelings, and a bit disrespectful to your relationship. He really should cut contact with that other woman, or else get separated and be single.
