Actually in a lot of cases they do not. For example, those with AIS have the outward appearance of a girl and are raised female by their parents. It's only through medical examination do they find out that they are genetically male.

It would definitely be a slap in the face , but if she/ he treated me amazingly and our connection and chemistry was amazing , and we have a history together already , then I would probably get over it and continue with them , it would just answer why our sex life is amazing as well because she more than likely thinks like a guy does when it comes to sex LOL
