I have avoided a few dangerous and bad situations, and have narrowly escaped death a few times. Mostly due to dumb luck, but had to "go into the fucking matrix" (as my friend called it) a few times to save my own ass. What that basically means is there has been a few moments in my life where time slows down like God himself put the world on super slow motion, and I'm still moving at normal speed which was fast enough to save my own ass. The thing was that the world didn't slow down, it was all in my head. I was just moving so fucking fast in relation to real time that time itself seemed to slow down almost to a stop. I can't do it on command, though. I have to be about to die or something. I wish I could teach myself or people how to do it. I rolled my 73 Blazer in 2001 and was ejected from the truck. I was thrown out through the driver's side window, and my shorts caught on a fiberglass plate on the door top that covered a hole where they cut the window frame off to make a blazer door (exhibit A) I was hanging upside down on the outside of the driver's side door and the truck was about to roll over on me, and then it stopped rolling and bounced on the tires. I was thrown out of my shorts and shoes, under the truck and it was going to run me over. I looked at the driver's side front tire and imagined myself rolling on the ground away from it, but actually was doing it while I was watching it happen inside my head. I rolled in the ground towards the back tire , jumped up out from under the truck and ran away. I turned around to look at the truck and the world went back to normal time and my truck went by me at about 20 miles an hour. A Blazer has the shortest wheelbase of any truck (exhibit B), so the odds were against me. I had to be quick. One of my friends was thrown out of the truck before me as it rolled and covered his eyes because he thought I was about to get ran over. When he looked, he saw me standing there next to my truck in the mud in my socks and boxer shorts. My shorts and shoes were hanging on the outside of the driver's side door. If I was wearing my seatbelt, I would be dead as Abraham Lincoln. The driver side corner of the windshield frame was smashed down to where the side of my head was (exhibit C). When the truck rolled, I fell on the passenger side before it landed on the driver's side roof. I'm a dumbass haha

I woke up behind the wheel of my 66 Chevelle going 90 mph towards some giant trees in the middle of the night while driving up the interstate 5 through the middle of Oregon, that's another story haha

When I was doing dangerous work for a living I did it every day. When I got up and went to work in the morning, I knew I could be seriously injured or dead by the end of the day.

You deal with it and stay safe by never under any circumstances forget that you are doing dangerous work. You need to be constantly vigilant and not let your mind wonder. And you fire anyone on the crew who doesn't think that way, because they will end up getting someone else killed.

Knowing the danger and taking it seriously is how you deal with anything dangerous.

Other than that, I've done all kinds of dangerous things, and very often really stupid things. That was mostly in my younger days. I have no idea how I managed to live though my youth.

I STILL do dangerous things. I still climb the ladder and get on the roof of the house. A lot of people say it's not a good idea for someone my age to do that, but I do it anyway. I'm not ready to throw in the towel yet. I'm careful, but yea, it's more dangerous than when I was young.

it was night time and it was a like 10 guys and nobody else was in the parking lot they were just smoking and when I got out of my car they are silently were smiling and staring lol none of them even said Hi and I do not speak Spanish lmao

Well you won't regret it if you do, although for you I recommend something a bit safer if it's your first gun, glocks don't have a safety so you can accidentally shoot something off or have a public misfire, mostly if it's not properly holstered, you can draw and something pulls the trigger, with a safety it's got a lock that you switch before shooting it which can be comfortable

Several times!! I've saved peoples' lives at least 5 times, I helped keep our country from getting fucked over a couple times by voting for Trump, I've kept things from falling and breaking, I saved us from getting killed in a car crash at least twice!!
