All my life I fought with social anxiety and shyness. And came to a level.

At least better than nothing.

But I did 15 years of online marketing and coding. Because of my job, I don't even have regular friends or when I go to bars and cafes, I see that everyone has girlfriends etc. At the age of 33, I am still very lonely. What can I do?

Yes, I have worked very hard to overcome it from 2008 to 2025. Now life is starting for me. I will join a local gym soon
