I don't think it has anything to do with that. I think one person is a controller. Maybe both people are controllers , there's been numerous fights I would say because people do not know how to communicate egos are involved

If you have a fight and have not cleared the issue after more than 2 weeks, then none of you are ready for a relationship and it is most probably better for both of you not to continue that toxic relationship. Two weeks without communicating and staying on your position is too long for a healthy relationship.

I don't think that she wants to "repair" because she would have had plenty of time in 2 weeks to contact you (or the other way round).
