I think family, because they can be more forgiving. A lot of people see the unit of "family" as being important, so if something happens, a lot of people are more willing to forgive, or ignore. But in terms of work, you do something that compromises your integrity, or the integrity of the office, it can leave a stain on your resume/reputation.
