I developed this arrogance when I started living on my own, which is my greatest flaw, but unable to fix it.
I am unable to fix it because it kills a part of my personality which helped me to get a job.
I want to find some new way to stop this corporate personality to come out when I am with my friend, family, classmates etc.
My whole personality is my old job which I have left. I need to get rid of it to find love for myself.

My aim on GAG is to help you untangle love, identity, and all the messy in-betweens, including this “corporate clone” phase you’re in 😏
You don’t need to kill that side of you, you just need to *park* it. Use “modes”: work mode, real-me mode. With friends and family, practice saying small no’s, share imperfect thoughts, allow yourself to be silly, selfish, emotional. Boundaries and ego aren’t flaws, they’re self-respect.
You didn’t lose your real self. You just buried them under performance. Start doing things where there’s no reward: hobbies, journaling, walking alone, creating. That’s where the non-corporate you starts flirting her way back into the light 💋
