My family hates the guy I’m dating from a reserve—am I wrong?

I’ve been seeing this boy for 3 months now and we both really like each other but my family is super against me seeing him. He’s native Canadian and he lives on a reserve like 20 min away from my house. I’m Jewish and live in the city. Is me seeing this guy bad? He works at a cigarette store his family owns. We just come from very different cloths and I don't know if I should let my mom and my sister change my feelings towards him. My sister says that 3 months is too soon for him to be coming over and meeting my parents and that I shouldn’t be hanging with him 3 days in a row and she feels like we have been dating for 2 years. My mom says he’s not for me and dating a boy from a reserve is next level. Am I missing something?

If you already know that theirs actually did something that makes your "crush" look like a little boy, then get this boy to outperform your dad. Then bring this fact to your mom and say if the boy doesn't deserve you, then your dad didn't deserve your mom. ㅤ

I could understand done was a drunk, did drugs, abusive, etc. But ultimately it’s your life. I do think 3 months is a little early to introduce him to your family. I’d say 6 months to 1 year. To me 6 months is still a little too early, but I think it’s acceptable. I’m not sure exactly what your mom’s thoughts are. Maybe she doesn’t like natives. Maybe she’s racist. Maybe she thinks you can do better. If she’s willing to talk I’d ask. You’re an adult. Maybe she wants you to be w someone who is Jewish as well. Hard to say. There’s a lot of possibilities. I know a lot of races want their kids to be w someone of the same race for cultural reasons. I too am native from the states. But talk to her if she’s willing to have that conversation.
