Yes, I’ve seen tons of relationships crash because one partner had zero emotional intelligence. They shut down during conflict, invalidated feelings, turned everything into “you’re overreacting,” and avoided accountability. That’s not being “chill,” that’s a walking red flag. Emotional immaturity slowly kills attraction, trust, and makes you feel lonely while technically “in a relationship.”
