Why does a sandwich taste better when my wife makes it than when I do?

Now here is the rub, I handle most of the cooking in my home. I'm not some man that believes my wife's place is in the kitchen.

I make my sandwiches the exact same way she does, but for some reason they always taste better when she's the one that makes them.. And I wanna know why..

Every hand has different taste , all though you use same ingredients the proprions of them being used might slightly differ.

Hence the change in taste also it could be psychological effect as when you are preparing your own sandwich all your senses like touch smell feel are intense which makes you feel already full so when you eat it might not feel that good.

And when your wife is preparing the size of the meat vegetables cut in different proportions and portions since you are not putting more efforts you can enjoy better.

I actually didn't use the line with her. It was strictly internal. She did ask me later if I like how she makes it and I told her it's better than what I make.

I really do love it when hubby makes me his version of a salad.
He adds much more loving touch of spices such as cranberries, dates, nuts, carrots, peppers, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, etc.

Because women have magic sandwich making abilities. They just don't make them - they breath life and fire into them.

You are a man and thus should be doing manly mojo things like chopping wood and wrestling bears and bathing in whiskey.
