The honeymoon phase is great but it can’t last forever, mainly because things are not always going to be rosey, whimsical and new. There will be hurdles because we are imperfect humans. However I think we can still love someone just as much down the road as we did in the beginning. We can still have healthy, valuable relationships that give us purpose rather than tear us down. I think that’s what we all want, to be loved properly, for there to be consistency, and overall to feel perfectly content.
